As a disabled customer finding a salon that is accessible is difficult but at the Salon Sanctuary I feel and am treated no differently to an able bodied customer and that is very hard to come by. I’ve never had balayage before and Lily was absolutely fantastic - she took great time,care and effort to blend the colours and I was so pleased with the end result. The head massage during the wash was so relaxing too. Lily also provided some aftercare tips and I will be sure to return to the salon in the near future for top up appointments. Thanks Lily x

Best hair wash/head massage I've ever had. Inwas in for a wash and wand but Macie very kindly squeezed in a half up with my wanding as well. Pony stayed in all night and was still going strong even after I slept on it!
